About Coffee

We recommend our coffee to be consumed within three months of the roast date. For peak freshness, we recommend five to seven days off roast and up to three weeks thereafter.

In short, no.

 

Storing coffee in a fridge adds moisture and the constant temperature change upsets the beans.

The beauty about coffee is that you should enjoy it as you like. Initially, this ‘undefined end’ can make it all a bit scary but really, if you want it stronger, add a little more and if you prefer weaker, take a bit out! We are not here to preach, we are here to help. As a starter, please see our brew guides for making coffee.

As with everything, taste is personal. If you don’t like the coffee you have chosen, just let us know by sending us an email to [email protected] We can then arrange to send you something else instead.

 

If you would like to cancel your order just let us know within 30 days and we will refund the purchase amount after receiving the purchased item back in its original condition. You will need to pay for the return postage.

In short, no. We know that coffee tastes best when it is freshly roasted. Try a sample? We have lots of wonderful brew devices too! Alternatively, re-fillable pods are available and then the answer is a Yes.

Delivery

Standard delivery is free on all orders.

Unfortunately, no. Your order is committed to our system almost immediately after placing the order. Each order is individually roasted and ground based on your unique order details.

Subscriptions

Yes. You have total control over your subscription in the My Subscriptions section of your Account. Cancel, skip orders, or postpone your subscription at any time.

Yes! If you would like to skip an upcoming order, you can select the “skip order” button in the My Subscriptions section of your Account. If you would like to pause for a longer period of time, you can use the “change date” feature and select any future date.

Yes! However, we do not currently have an option that allows you to pay in full upfront. You would need to set up a regular subscription that ships to the recipient. It would be billed as each order is processed and would need to be cancelled at a future date.
