We do not accept any exchanges. Once the item is delivered, we cannot take it back.
We use Delhivery and Fedex for shipping. For local deliveries we use runner apps that are available at the time or order fulfillment. If the order is placed before 1pm, it’ll be shipped out the same day or else the next day. If all goes well, the orders will be delivered the next day (in Ahmedabad) and 2-4 days pan India.
